Happy Fall....

I was trying to get rid of something on my blog, and well, the whole thing changed. That's what I get for being in a hurry. Oh well. You have come to the right blog....

It's been CRAZY here, with a lot going on. Nothing earth shattering...just life. My son has taken over my laptop, and that's okay with me...for now. I've been starting to get my nesting instinct as the days are getting shorter, and darkness falls around 6:45 p.m. I'm wanting to cook feel good food like turkey, stuffing and mashed potatoes....

This weekend we will decorate for the fall, pumpkins, wreaths, etc. I will light my candles, bake pumpkin pie, and enjoy the fall weather. I will NOT think about my retirement account, the upcoming election, or anything else that causes a wrinkle, and/or many more gray hairs.

Hope all is well with all of you!

Happy Fall!

Happy Fall! We finally got our pumpkins today and took some time to enjoy the beautiful colors today. I've been working and watching the markets way too much, so it was good to get out and have some fun with the girls.

Enjoy a slice of pie for me!

Sounds like an amazing plan to me! All of this in the media has been driving me crazy! A nice 'sheltered' weekend is definately in order!

Enjoy your family - feel good time!

@Dana! Thanks, I'm starting to like it too!

@JP - It's good to stay away from the media...just for sanity purposes only! :)

@Ct Mom - The colors are beautiful here, just really starting to come out! I LOVE Fall!

If there's any season that acts like insurance for your sanity, it's fall. It's definitely my favorite season. It's still warm enough to just wear a sweater and no coat. We used to live in New England so of course there's the beautiful leaves. Which leads me to the next wonderful things, apple picking and apple crisps. Enough said...
