As I said in an earlier post I would show you the finished Easter Baskets...I took these pictures yesterday before I gave them to the kids! Each one included: A pool towel, flip flops, jelly beans, chocolate eggs, chocolate bunny, and misc. candy treats. My older daughters received Itune cards and my younger two received DS games. Everything was on sale, and I managed that all on $100.00. (The baskets are Longaberger baskets that I bought a long time ago when I was a sales consultant). Not bad.

Sharon, where is Ben's basket? I see him in the corner of the picture inspecting them :-) They look awesome!! My mom used to do that for us a long time ago and out of all our presents, those were my favorites!!
ps, if you want me to help you with the code for the sidebars, leave me a message with your email on my blog.. I won't publish it, but I'll be able to mail you that way... and I'll show you exactly where to go in the settings to get it set up.
Ah, Ben's basket isn't shown, but he got doggie treats and loved it! I'll post a comment on your blog with my e-mail! Thanks!!!
Great Job...They look fantastic! Mrs X does the baskets up here and this year was a bit more in line $ wise. A good day was had by all!
Racerx,
Thanks! I was very pleased I stayed on budget...Thank God for Target and amazing sales on DS games and beach towels!
Sharon, you were a Longaberger consultant too???????????
So was I!!!!!!!
Love what you did with the Easter baskets. Great idea flip flops and beach towel. You were thinking ahead to the vacation. I wish I could have been that progressive in my thinking!
Hi Sharon - nice baskets! Do you reuse the same ones every year? Our girls have the same basket that they each set out on Easter eve.
I used to be a Longaberger addict, luckily for my wallet I gave it up a long time ago. Loved the pottery also. I found some good deals on eBay.
Wealthy 1,
Yes! I was a consultant for about 5 years and almost was an advisor. I only made it to MBA. Decided that I wasn't making any $$$, and the company wanted more and more...so...I have a nice collection, and that's about it. I do possess the first miniature basket signed by Grandma Bonnie. Do you think it's worth anything?
CT Mom,
Yes, we reuse the baskets every year. When I first started selling, I bought two easter baskets for my older daughters. Then when I had the two younger kids, I bought an Easter basket for the year they were born. So, they've had them for over 15 years. They still look great, as Longaberger quality is the best!
Those look awesome! Thats a lot of stuff for around $100! Great job! I can't wait to be a mom someday and do all those fun things for my kids :D
Thats awesome! My kids would have loved to get those baskets and they so need new beach towels!
